Administrative management activities
Goals
- Carry out the operations of the administrative management of purchase of products and services, treasury and personnel.
- Introduce predefined accounting records, with the obtaining, processing and previous filing of the necessary information and documentation.
- Know the appropriate conventional or computer media to perform each task, according to the instructions defined, the security conditions, respect for current regulations and adapting to the quality criteria defined by the organization.
Who is the public target?
The training program is primarily aimed at people in unemployment situation.
Access requirements
People with a degree in Secondary Education (ESO), FP 1 , CP level 2 or an equivalent level have direct access to the course.
People who do not meet the requirements will have pass a level test.

Certificate
At the end of the training the Certificate of profesionalism of level 2 in activities of administrative management issued by the SOC and the Ministry of employment and Social Security.
